Any defect which is the result of faulty material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no charge. When, in our judgment, damage is caused by misuse or abuse or the guarantee period has expired, we will repair (if practical) at a reasonable charge. No other warranties, either expressed or implied, are offered. Under no circumstances will Engineered Case Manufacturers Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage(s) arising from the sale or use of its products. If damage is caused by common carrier abuse or airline mishandling, a claim must be made with that carrier. Parts and case components are sold without any guarantee of suitability for your purposes. Purchasers are urged to test parts for suitability for any particular application.
